About

Movement is better together.

Cedric’s journey into movement began in childhood with martial arts and gradually grew into a fascination with climbing, yoga, breathwork, and the endless possibilities of the human body.

Five years ago, he discovered the world of acrobatics and handstands — and quickly became hooked. Since then, he has trained with experienced teachers and dedicated countless hours to exploring balance, strength, alignment, body mechanics, and concentration.

Today, Cedric shares this passion through standing partner acrobatics, handstands, and hand-to-hand techniques. His approach combines solid fundamentals with playfulness, curiosity, and connection.

For Cedric, acrobatics is not only about impressive tricks. It is about learning to trust your body, communicate through movement, find balance together, and discover what becomes possible when you let yourself play.

What I offer

Different ways
to get upside down.

01

From the first steps upside down to exploring balance, alignment and technique.

We build the handstand step by step: from safe entries and exits to a line you can actually hold. Everyone works at their own level, with drills you can take home.

  • Wrist and shoulder preparation
  • Alignment, body tension and balance drills
  • Safe ways to kick up, bail and spot each other
02

Trust, communication, balance and playful movement with another person.

Standing acrobatics and hand-to-hand for two: one person carries, one flies. We start low and work our way up, so the big tricks come from clean foundations.

  • Standing partner acrobatics and hand-to-hand foundations
  • Clear communication between base and flyer
  • Spotting, so every attempt stays safe
03

A grounded, playful practice where one person bases on the floor and the other flies.

Acro yoga brings together acrobatics and the calm, attentive quality of yoga. It is the most accessible way into partner work — no experience and no partner needed.

  • Basic poses like bird, throne and star
  • Simple flows and transitions between poses
  • Base, flyer and spotter: everyone tries every role
04

Pyramids and group figures where everyone carries, everyone is carried, and trust holds it all together.

With three or more people, acrobatics becomes a shared project. Nobody can do it alone: every figure only works when the whole group listens, supports and relies on each other. That trust is what we practise.

  • Trust exercises and group warm-ups
  • Pyramids and figures for three and more
  • Shared responsibility: carrying, flying and spotting as a team
  • Great for festivals, teams and communities
